two large heirloom tomatoes
one bell pepper diced
one jalapeno diced
1/4 cup diced onion
.5 oz fresh cilantro leaves
juice from one lime
salt & pepper to taste
- Dice tomatoes, peppers and onions and place into a bowl. Remove cilantro leaves from stems and place into bowl.
- Roll the lime. Cut the lime in half. Squeeze over clean hand into bowl.
- Add salt & pepper to taste.
- Pour into food processor and blend to your desired salsa thickness.
